Writing Copy That Converts

Turning attention into action.

Imagine two websites selling exactly the same product. The first is beautiful — modern animations, perfect typography, professional illustrations. After reading, visitors still wonder, "So… what exactly should I do?" The second isn't as flashy, but within ten seconds the visitor understands what it is, why it matters, why to trust it, and what to do next. The second wins.

Good design guides attention. Good copy earns decisions.

The Rule of One

  • One audience.
  • One problem.
  • One promise.
  • One action.
  • Trying to sell everything at once weakens everything.

CTA
  • Hero — what is this, who is it for, why care? One CTA.
  • Problem — show you understand the frustration.
  • Solution — introduce the product naturally.
  • Benefits — the transformation, not the feature list.
  • Proof — testimonials, stories, statistics, logos, awards.
  • Objections — answer common questions before they're asked.
  • CTA — tell customers exactly what to do next.

The better CTAs describe the outcome, not the mechanical action.

AI Chatbot & WhatsApp Copy

  • Never say "Invalid Input." Say: "Sorry, I didn't quite understand that. Could you tell me which restaurant you'd like to order from?"
  • WhatsApp is conversational — short, friendly, one clear next step.
  • Every chatbot message is copywriting. Every chatbot conversation is a brand conversation.

Microcopy Matters

Instead of "Error," write "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your card details and try again." Small words carry the emotional weight of the whole product.

The Five-Step Copy Review

  1. Can a first-time visitor understand this within ten seconds?
  2. Does it focus on the customer more than the company?
  3. Does it communicate outcomes instead of features?
  4. Does it answer likely objections?
  5. Is the next action obvious?
